Material introduction

At present, in nature, the main mineral of phosphorus is apatite, which mostly exists in the form of orthophosphate. Phosphorus is an essential element for the growth of crops and an important chemical raw material. Phosphorus for industrial use must be extracted from phosphate rock in large quantities. Widely used in glass, ceramics, refractory materials, building materials, daily chemicals, papermaking, ammunition, flame retardant and fire extinguishing.
 
 

Phosphate rock grinding process

Phosphate rock grinding process is generally divided into phosphate rock coarse powder processing (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh-400 mesh), and ultra-fine powder deep processing of phosphate rock (400 mesh-3250 mesh) types.
Phase 1: Broken
The bulk material of phosphate rock is crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
 
Second Stage: Grinding
The crushed phosphate rock small pieces are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then evenly and quantitatively sent to the grinding chamber of the mill by the vibrating feeder for grinding.
Generally, CLRM Raymond mill and YGM high-pressure mill are used for fine powder processing; CLUM ultra-fine vertical mill and HGM ring roller micro-powder mill are generally used for ultra-fine powder processing; European-style coarse powder mill is used for coarse powder processing.
 
Stage Three: Grading
The ground materials are classified by the powder classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding.
 
The fourth stage: Collecting powder
The fineness powder enters the dust collector with the airflow through the pipeline for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then uniformly packed by a powder tanker or an automatic baler.

Phosphate ore pulverizer is mainly composed of main machine, blower, ultra-fine analysis machine, finished product cyclone powder accumulator, bag dust collector and connecting air duct, etc. It is used for material grinding. In addition, it can be equipped with a bucket according to user needs. Auxiliary equipment such as elevators, storage bins, electric control cabinets, powder feeders, and jaw crushers are used in various production lines.

4. In the case of the same output and fineness, the price of the phosphate rock mill is only one-eighth of that of the jet mill, and the scope of application is also larger.
 

Working principle of phosphate rock mill

In the main engine of the phosphate rock pulverizer, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the roller hanger through the cross-arm shaft. The roller hanger is fixedly connected with the main shaft and the shovel holder, and the pressure spring is pressed on the cantilever of the roller bearing chamber. On the end face, the cross-arm shaft is used as the fulcrum to force the grinding roller to press tightly on the inner surface of the grinding ring.
 
When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission device, the shovel mounted on the shovel frame rotates synchronously with the grinding roller, and the grinding roller rotates around its own axis while rolling in the inner circle of the grinding ring. The motor drives the analyzer to rotate through the transmission device, and the higher the speed of the impeller, the finer the separated powder.

In order to ensure that the mill works under negative pressure, the increased air flow is discharged into the bag filter through the residual air pipe between the fan and the main machine, and then discharged into the atmosphere after being purified.
