7 common troubleshooting methods for Raymond mills in the production process

The failures that will occur during the working process of the Raymond mill are mainly in the following seven aspects, and we have made a specific analysis of them:

 

Raymond mill
 
1. No powder (under normal circumstances, suddenly no powder or less powder)
The reasons for this situation include: the failure of the powder outlet valve; the air lock is missing or normally open; the pipeline is seriously leaking; There are too many elbows or the angle at the elbow is too small; the grinding roller device is stuck and cannot rotate; the shovel head is worn too much or the material is too wet.
 
Solution: Check whether the powder outlet valve and air lock are stuck or open normally, and whether the valve that blocks the air leakage of the pipeline and the air detection door is open. Check whether the grinding roller unit is stuck and the blade is worn. Change the pipe height and increase the angle at the elbow. Feed evenly. The humidity of the control material is below 6%.
 
2. The powder is too coarse or too fine
Causes: The speed of the analyzer is not properly adjusted; the air volume is not properly controlled.
 
Solution: Adjust the speed and air volume of the analyzer.
 
3. The main machine shuts down frequently, and the machine temperature is too high
Causes: There are too many materials in the machine, too little powder, so that the temperature of the mill rises, while the current of the blower decreases, the valve of the residual air pipe is closed, and the hot air cannot be discharged.
 
Treatment method: remove the accumulated powder in the air return box and the pipeline, and feed evenly. If the main engine shuts down frequently, you should also check whether the adjustment of the relay is lower than the rated current of the motor.
 
4. The host is loud and vibrating
Causes: Usually, it is due to the large deviation between the reducer of the main engine and the coupling, and the loosening of the anchor screws. The material is too hard, the material is powdery or the feed is too little; or the foundation is not firm.
 
Treatment method: find the center, and ensure that the non-concentricity of the two couplings is below 0.30mm. Adjust the coupling gap to about 5mm. If the abrasive has become powdery, reduce the speed of the main engine to 110 - 120r/min; tighten the anchor screws and all fasteners.
 
5. Blower vibration
Cause: The anchor screws are loose; or consider the imbalance caused by uneven wear of the blades or dust accumulation on the blades.
 
Solution: Tighten the anchor bolts. Remove dust from the blades or replace the blades.
 
6. Reducer and analysis machine heat
Causes: There is no gap between the upper and lower bearings; the viscosity of the oil is high, and the upper bearing is short of oil; too much oil is added, and it is not easy to dissipate heat; the air filter is missing during installation, and the pipe joint is blocked, so there is no protection. Make the dust enter the oil pool from under the turntable.
 
Treatment method: adjust the bearing clearance in the range of 0.15 -0.20mm. Check the viscosity of the oil and keep the oil at a moderate viscosity.
 
7. Grinding shaft device feeds powder
Causes: The main consideration is that due to the large gap between the upper and lower bearings, the grinding roller shaft is easy to shake during operation, causing the sealing ring to wear and the powder to enter the bearing, which accelerates the wear of the bearing and makes the gap larger, resulting in a vicious cycle; At this time, the two nuts on the upper part of the grinding roller are loose, which causes the gap between the upper and lower bearings to increase, causing powder feeding, oil cut-off, and accelerated bearing wear.
