In the process of using Micro Powder Grinding mill, it is difficult to avoid problems, which affects the quality of the finished product and the progress of the work. How to avoid these problems, the standard operation and daily maintenance of the mill is particularly important.

 
(1) to operate the grinding machine in strict accordance with the requirement of the mill. First obtaining distance, then the boot. After the material into the adjustment,adjust rolling distance to normal.
 
(2) the power of Micro Grinding mill is larger, and with the change of the rolling distance, the power of the mill can be changed twice, so it is more necessary to pay attention to the tightness of the belt.

(3) before cleaning the machine, we should clear up the internal and surrounding debris, rotate the components by hand, check the tension degree of the triangle belt and chain, whether the fasteners are solid, and whether the lubrication is normal.
 
(4) belt running and skidding on belt pulley can be found through frequent watching and odour. It can be solved by sprinkling rosin on the belt and properly loosening the rolling distance. As the bell beat, that belt partially uncoupled and shakes, should immediately stop repair
 
(5) fault of bearing can be found from bearing or bushing wear, bearing fragmentation and improper installation of grinding roller. If there is a problem of swing at the end of bearing, it may be the lack of elastic force of the rolling adjustment mechanism or the imbalance of the grinding roller. If the bearing has the phenomenon of throwing oil, the bearing's tightness should be readjusted and the appropriate washer should be fitted to prevent the axial movement of the grinding roller.
 
(6) the grinding roller should be replaced in a planned way, and do not replace a large number of new drawing rollers at the same time, so as to avoid the rapid change of the technological effect.
 
(7) keep the air suction pipe unblocked and periodically check and remove the powder in the pipe.
 
(8) if the gear noise is too large, it can be found from the tilting of the gear set, the imbalance between the roller and the transmission wheel, the lack of lubricating oil, the incorrect tooth shape, or too much wear.
 
(9) when grinding, the material should be evenly distributed on the full length of the roller. When the incoming material is reduced or the feed is stopped suddenly, the roller should be loosened immediately to prevent damage.
